Soybean Comment
Soybeans turned higher focusing on tight old-crop supplies and slow crop development. Chinese demand remains strong, and the market is worried that old crop supplies wont provide a large enough cushion at the end of the fiscal year. Position evening ahead of tomorrows supply and demand report was also a factor. Support for November is at $9.95 and then $9.40.
Corn was mostly fractionally higher. Early estimates show expectations for a 500,000 to one million acre cut in production. However, high yields are expected to offset the reduction in acreage.
